Sad that I allowed myself to lose touch with you. Sad/embarrasing that my mother remained in better contact with you and that I had to hear about this from her. Most of all it’s sad there was something to hear about in the first place!

I am so sorry to hear about Declan, but if he is anything like his mom and dad (which he obviously is) I know he will have the strength and perseverance to make it through this. Until that time, please know you are always in my thoughts and prayers!
